Can I buy the "good" fake rolex watches and Coach bags on Chicago's Magnificent Mile? And about at what price?

We are going to Chicago 1/15/2007. I bought a great replica Submariner on Canal St in NYC 2 years ago but gave it to a friend/ By "good fake", I mean the self winding (automatic) watches, not the tick-tick quartz.

Not on Mag Mile no,I have lived in Chicago for 6 years and to the best of my knowledge there is no Canal Street equivalent, plenty of stores around to buy the real thing at though..good luck

Yes you can. Dont forget you are putting money into the hands of terrorist organizations. I am sure that this is illegal.

How about nowhere on Michigan Ave. There’s a little group called the Chicago Police Dept. and they frown upon the selling of counterfeit products. Every year this is a major bust and the cops display all of the fake "Gucci" bags and "Sean Jean" jackest and, yes, fake "Rolex" watches. And with Michigan ave. being a prime upscale resale place in Chicago, no store there is stupid enough sell that and risk getting busted and losing their store. And why would they sell a fake Rolex when they easily sell so many of the real ones?

If you want a fake one, go to the weekend open air flea market on Canal street (yes, there is one here in Chicago near Roosevelt Road). Not sure if they run in the winter time, but you can ask someone when you get here.

NO! there is no way you will find any fake coach bags or rolex watches on the Mag. Mile. No way.

Like the other person said — you need to venture out to one of our local flea markets that are open on weekends.

I’ve never seen any one selling fakes @ Canal St. Flea market but I have seen them at Kostner & Chicago (???) there is a flea market there, you must go on weekends though. I once found a huge travel bag ~ overnight style (Louie V.) for about $100.00.
Not sure where to look for the watch.

I think NYC far out do us in their fakes! (hehehehe) It is harder to find fakes here in the midwest.

hum.. the flea market the above person war referring to is on Division and Kostner. But you know lateley the cops have been going there and taking all and anythings bootleg. So they are coming harder and harder to come by. Yeah bootlegs are not as popular in chicago as they are in NYC. The only other place I can think they may have them is on the Westside on madison avenue. There are a lot of local stores there you will find bootlegs there, just go during the day, bcuz it’s pretty much the ghetto over there.

You could also try Chinatown or the shops on Devon Ave. (west of Western Ave.), or possibly shops north on Clark St. up past Irving Park Road.
