Can anyone help me identify this Omega Seamaster watch?

It says Maison Fondee en 1848 and Omega on the back. On the wrist bracelet part, there is an Omega Logo followed by a Seamaster below it. It has a date that includes the day and the date (Fri, 6).

On the front, it says Omega and the logo on top, with "AUTOMATIC" on the bottom.
